My Favorite Simpsons Episodes

AKA, the episodes in which Smithers and Burns heavily feature in, because they are why I watch this show. I will say I have not finished the entire series yet, and this page is still unfinished, but I am slowly making my way through.

S1·E4: There's No Disgrace Like Home

I very much enjoy the first half of this episode, where the Simpson family attends Burns' picnic, which has plenty of Smithers and Burns. I also adore Smithers' design in this episode.

S2·E2: Simpson and Delilah

Smithers' jealous side really shows in this episode and it's fun to watch. Though I do believe there was a missed opportunity with him and Karl, I wish they had interacted. Also Burns' story of his baldness is funny.

S2·E4: Two Cars in Every Garage and Three Eyes on Every Fish

Possibly my favorite Simpsons episode ever. I love the power plant inspection scene, and of course everything about Burns' campaign for governor.

S2·E10: Bart Gets Hit by a Car

This one is all around great. Mr. Burns' attitude throughout the episode is incredibly entertaining. I love the trial and subsequent "negotiating" with Marge and Homer, and Dr. Nick is in the episode which is always nice.

S2·E18: Brush with Greatness

Marge paints a portrait of Burns for the museum. Already a fun premise, plus we get lots of good lines from Smithers in this episode.
