Hello! I'm Flyingredbird, but I go by just Redbird on the internet. I'm a hyperactive college student who is WAY into The Simpsons (if you can't tell lol) and fandom in general. I looove writing fanfic as well. My favorite pokemon is Cascoon ♥♥♥ and she's my profile picture on many sites. Anyway, I have more fun facts about me organized below:

Piano

I've taken lessons for the last fourteen years (as of 2026). My favorite composers to play are Rachmaninoff and Scott Joplin

Video Games

I play all sorts of things. When I was younger I was really into FPSs, though I was never that good lol. My current favs are Tomodachi Life LTD, The Stanley Parable, and Simpsons Hit and Run.

Crochet

I love using crochet thread to make small figurines of my favorite characters; I love coming up with ways to capture the small details with the thread. I haven't made any in a while, though.

Rollerblading

It's fun lol, plus it's more fun than walking. I can't really do tricks or anything but I'm pretty quick on them.

Masc Drag

I don't perform or anything, but I love coming up with different personas, outfits, and makeup looks.

Drawing/Painting

I'm far from the best artist, but I'm pretty great at drawing birds specifically. I just love them so much.

General Favorites:

Color: Red/Maroon

What can I say, it's a powerful color. My favorite suit is maroon, and it gives me confidence.

Animal: Birds!!

I just think they're adorable! I love all kinds of birds, from chickens to robins to penguins to emus. They're great.

Food: Any kind of cheesy pasta.

You really can't beat that for me. Some of my favorite pasta dishes are spaetzle and parmesan noodles.

Drink: Peppermint Iced Mocha

Yeah I'm kind of that basic girl with her overpriced oversweetened iced coffee but idc it's delicious.

Pokemon: Cascoon

I love it so much!!! It's just an adorable, huggable purple blob. I really really want a giant plushie of her someday, even if the pokemon company would never make it. Plus, it evolves into Dustox, my second favorite pokemon.

Favorite Musicians

Billy Joel

I've loved his music since I was a kid, and he's the only artist which I have listened to every one of his pieces. My favorite album of his is Innocent Man.

Will Wood

I enjoy Self-Ish and The Normal Album a lot, but I also enjoy Front Street and The First Step. I love the combo of piano and saxophone in music, which is something he does quite a lot.

Wham!/George Michael

I really like the album Fantastic, and my fav songs are Monkey and I'm Your Man, but I enjoy many others as well.

Duran Duran

I'm kind of on-and-off with this band, but I do enjoy much of their popular songs. My favs are probably Save a Prayer, A View to a Kill, and Notorious.

BBNO$

Okay I get that it's like embarrassing to like him but like...the songs are so catchy. My favorites are lil' freak and 1-800.

My Programming Experience

My first experience with programming was in elementary school when they made us do Code.org, and I absolutely loved it, even if I couldn't do much on my own outside of those modules. I later taught myself the very basics of HTML and CSS back in high school. I made a few sites, most of them bad, though I did make one about my favorite flags, which I was proud of. Life got in the way though, and until making this site it had been years since I'd opened vscode. I've relearned the basics, and I'm already further than I was back then, so that's promising! This site was made for a love of fandom, but I'm rediscovering my love of programming as well, so hopefully my skills will continue to improve as I add to this site!
